Leander ISD Check Policy
Checks written to any Leander ISD school or school organization must include on the front of the check the check writer’s driver’s license number and a valid telephone number. Post-dated and temporary checks will not be accepted.
In the event that a check written to any LISD campus, club, or organization is returned unpaid by your bank, Leander ISD or its agent will redeposit your check electronically. Additionally, LISD may electronically collect a returned check fee of $30.00 plus applicable sales tax. This fee is in addition to any fees your bank may charge.
The use of a check for payment is your ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE of this policy and its terms.
